The prelims are over and I'd probably get some results back tomorrow, but thats not really what im thinking about now. I know I'd probably fail 1 subject but that doesnt really bother me much cause i still think 3 passes are decent enough. ( hopefully i pass 3 )
Actually its only a few more weeks of school before i leave AJC im really glad that i made the friends i did here. No looking back here :) People always ask me why didnt I stay at SAJC or go some other JC since 7points opens up alot of choices. To be honest the main reason for my decision was that AJC was the nearest school ( apart of RJ which i cant go ) . The usual argument will be that SA has a far nicer uniform ( I actually dont mind the AJ uniform. just the blue/yellow PE shirt ) , better school spirit, alot of activity especially with their strength in sports, and of course the many girls in short skirts. But somehow i just wasnt really satisfied there. Sure i had fun and all but it just didnt seem like an environment i wanted to be in. I guess thats why i didnt hesitate much when leaving. Now in AJC, I proudly admit that there are far less short skirts and cool people around. Because somehow with my classmates especially i feel really comfortable and at home. Sure we dont hang around being cool and attracting girls, or going town like most teens do, clubbing or whatever. I feel better just being shamelessly lame around my friends, hanging around in angmokio or scouting around in toapayoh for nice ba chor mee. AJC has muggers? so what? every school has muggers. and whats wrong with people who are very willing to work hard for their goals anyway. no reason to laugh their lives. reading books and learning in my opinion, is much more meaningful than hanging around in town just for the sake of it. I've got quite a few friends that rather study than play, well power to you. Many of them are great guys with bigger hearts. So i confess. I wasnt looking for all these and i expected alot worse from AJC. but now as it is going to end. I'm glad i was lucky enough to be here. Edwins leaving in a few hours but we're not sending him off cause he is spending some time with his grandmother.
His return has become a routine that i don't want to ever stop not only because of him but also of everyone else that comes together for the perfect excuse to meet up. Most of the guys sean lemon foo ian lb andrew i meet up once in awhile but people like jiayi or hamzah id only meet once every few months . or perhaps justin who i meet once every time edwin returns. The point is its like somesort of family reunion and it feels good. Growing up really fast gets inceasingly tiring and i feel really stretched. I keep thinking about the future. But the problem is. anyways putting these stuff aside. I recently went for blood donation for the 1st time. It was painless and i think i gained a couple of karma points doing it. Donating blood sorta brings a new meaning to sharing, since blood is something so basic and essential to a person. its something that anyone can offer yet its so precious :) so kids. please donate blood. Edwin would be coming back soon so theres my excuse to meet up with all u guys again :) Makes me feel like the holidays are coming! ( which they arent. prelims are ) Bah. I want an adventure.
Just a couple of days ago i cycled to foo's house in toapayoh to watch the soccer match together with the guys. ( thanks foo ) Anyway. I sent jane home kampong styled on my trusty bike. ( bicycle mind you ) No idea why but it just felt fun doing it. When i was riding home about tons of thoughts came into my mind. I was feeling adventurous. Was thinkin. If only i could like just cycle off to malaysia. Then hike through mountains and forests and finally to thailand or something. It'd be nice to visit places, meet people and just... explore something totally new for a change. NS is coming and im increasing grumpy about life in SG. ( Not that id ever think of leaving this place I call home. ) Just feel so bored stuck in a place without huge waterfalls, forests,mountains, and where there is only 1 season. This place is so small. Not that I've been everywhere in SG of course. But once you been to one you've pretty much seen them all. The SG govt is doing a great job i think they're like really parenting us all the way. But the elections were dull and the topics up for challange were just plain petty and stupid. Its all our fault really. In other countries people vote for the party that like, is aiming to destroy terrorism, fight poverty, save the earth, national security, relations with other countries. While for many of the people here the pivoting point in making the vote is whether your area has lift upgrading or of those little shelters leading from your block to the bus stop is built. I dont think we're simple minded at all really. The mindset is something like we're to small to make a difference so lets jus live our life and the rest of the world will settle worldly affairs. On another note. I have an apology to make to everyone. I have been smug, insensitive, crude and just plain mean to people. Perhaps I still am and im sorry for it. Honestly. Everyone has their flaws and im really glad my close friends have stuck through it with me. Friends , famly and loved ones are really the centre of my life and I'd do anything so that we can just be happy together. just stopped playing worldofwarcraft as theres a week left to study for midyears.
besides id rather be watchin the worldcup anyways. its a game i really like partially because i get to meet like people from all over the place of all sorts. for example i met some guys who fought the vietnam war. a guy that owns bladegallery.com a retired couple that plays the game together. 8 year old kids from all over the place. gays. nice people. some guy whose job is to play games all day long. and many people who actually waste their life over the game. someguy actually said the game was a virtual hole to escape to when the world rains hard outside. ( or smth like that ) anyway...    oh this dark picture is of my classmates 26/05 . you know. im pretty glad im in this class :) id post some pictures from my trip to japan next time . too lazy to do any more right now. also perhaps pictures from the 4truth outing. going out with you guys was great we need more excuses to meet up soon :) betting in the worldcup is pretty fun actually even though im losing some cash at the moment ( not much though luckily ) maybe the england game later will be good for me. on another issue. id be going to japan next week for a holiday . hopefully i can get down to some real studying in the last 12days or so of holidays after i come back. my grades have been really crappy. havent passed a single class test other than GP so far. i'm pretty much determined to put some hard work in this A levels. hopefully it wont be too late. well it never is :) , though teachers would beg to differ. aims now would be. 1. bond with parents and jane. 2. bond with my buddies. 3. do well ( enough ) for As. 4. get fitter for NS. 5. omgbbqsaucewtfpwnz people in worldofwarcraft.

"ALL OUT" where they dare these 4 people to do stuff and the winner grabs a million dollars. 1st round they had to slap someone they loved. a mother slapped her son. a husband slapped his wife. a wife slapped her husband. a man refused to slap his mother. he goes out. the people applaud those that slapped their loved ones. phase 2. - tell something horrible about yourself. that no 1 knows not even ur loved ones in the audience. lady says shes a whore. 7 kids with 4 different dads. and she has all the sexual diseases and all that shit. a man talked about his brother. how his bro won him in everything. EVERYTHING. when they went mountain climbin one day. he was ahead of his brother . who had some diffculty. he was ahead of his brother. he felt good winning. he carried on. brother calls for help. he loves the feeling of beating him. he carries on. brother falls and dies. the lady broke down. refused to say it cause it was too personal. shes out. last stage. russian roulette( not sure how its spelt) place 1 bullet into a revolve. spin convince your loved one to shot him/herself in the head. mother quit. she can slap her son. disgrace herself. but not stand the 20% chance to kill her son for 100thousand dollars. the husband tries hard to persuade his wife. to freakin shoot herself with a loaded gun. wife cries. feels he doesnt love her. ( he'd still win if she died anyway ) the lady is overwhelmed with insanity. she pulls the trigger again. click. click. click. host grabs the gun from her hands. ( lucky bitch the bullet was last. ) anyway this video really disturbed me. im convinced they ARE people like that. and are we. even if abit. any like them? perhaps you wont betray your family/friends. how about a stranger? for a million dollars? if you can steal at the expense of others. perhaps u can become rich. at the expense of someones life? maybe not the life. jus a small chance the person will die. take the chance. ur rich. will you do it? people kill people. cause people make money. people make money. and people kill people. even if a little thing. like taking something thats not yours. using your influence to help yourself. at the expense of someone else. something. position or whatever you dont deserve. it might be a small thing. another thing that bothered me about the video was. the way the audience applaud watchin such sick shit happen to real people. and its true. people do enjoy it. whats the bachelor without all the drama and crying? people dont want it to see love. you dont watch survivor to see people do tribal shit. you watch it for the scheming. the backstabbing. the hate. the show newly weds. you dont watch it to see the love the nice family ending. u want the drama. you want to know. these celebrities. these rich bastards do suffer from problems too. do you? when u read some guys blog. which 1 interests you more? when he/she talks about love and life is so great? or all the sad breakup shit. these are all real people with real lives. displayed for you to observe. there was a GP passage on this. on reality tv being a form of escapism. i guess all this sick stuff breeding is inevitable. just guys. i know its cliche. but. dont give up your pride. integrity for sick shit. dont give up happiness. even if its not your own. for money when you do something. be it as simple as studying for an exam. you're perhaps giving up something else you could have. is it worth it ? " wow this is a tough one. got to cut abit more" you hear more drilling. this time its louder. and half your mouth is numb. the other half isnt. you feel blood splatter across the other half. the other half of your tongue recognises and taste the blood. you decide to put your hands in your pockets. he asks to keep your head still as he thugs it with force and shakes it around. 2nd tooth. no drilling. pull shake and its done. i spent the next 5hours spitting out blood. okay so maybe you're not surprised cause you been through it. but this is a far stretch from the old days when i plucked my milk tooth. he washed the tooth and gave it to me . could still see bits of my gum stuck to it. now i got to return next week to remove the stitches on the bottom gum/cheek :( posted by nreV at 9:16 PM

Feels good to know i wont have to take chinese anymore in my whole life :D ( but i might anyway cause its real important ) now dont get me wrong. i love the chinese language i love the culture and i wish i was good at it. I skipped school today. and WorldOfWarcraft is under mantainence.
Which explains why im here blogging, school has reopened. Im still doing 4subjects because there isnt 1 that im terrible in, or none that im good enough to get an A in for that matter. Doesnt bother me much tho, i quite like studying what Im doing now. Everythings fine n dandy, and it should be as long as i get at least a D7 for my chinese AOs. Im not quite sure if much people still read this blog, but id post anyway. Blogging is great when you just wanna checkout whats going on in an old friends life without asking too many stupid questions. I foresee some good days ahead this week. CNY is coming and id get to catch up with relatives. But beyond the 2nd day i usually dont have much to do. Since i entered JC i've been exposed to this unique way of celebration by tearing someones underwear. If its material is tough enough we'd drag him by the balls all around. 1st in my class there was Lionel, whose bit of underwear still hangs above the board in our class. Thanks to Justin AKA the stealth assasin of underwear tearing. Then there was Joel who tried to be smart and wore shorts on his birthday. His balls nearly died. Today as usual Raymond was being a batard. So we decided to. TEAR HIS FREAKING UNDERWEAR!!! He called for help to our chinese teacher who took 1 glance at him and left the classroom. HAHAHAHA . gangbang!! Promos are coming soon but i doubt id be able to last 5 weeks of studying anyway. so a good rest before mugging is good i guess. =) But i cant deny that the stress has me by the neck really. I thought alot last night. I worried about work, the assured and confident look on my dads face when i told him i wont fail my maths. I've loads of catching up to do. Friends to makeup to. I guess i just spend too much thinking what to do with my time. I came home tired last night, my parents were out late so i had the whole empty house to walk about. I wondered where to go. a phone call allowed the smile and comfort that you were still there. even though i know i never gave you the attention you deserved. which worried me in the end when i heard your bored voice. Which lead me to wonder why i live the life i did. and all that crap and bullshit and the good stuff that came along with it. Then i shut my mind and left all those thoughts behind.
